Welcome to South East England, the most populous region of the country. With its pristine countryside and dramatic coastline, there are many reasons to visit. Having an Afternoon Tea here is one such example.
From Brighton to Canterbury; Chichester to Oxford, you’re bound to find somewhere to stop for Tea and cake. Indeed, there is no better pastime.
This region includes the counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey and West Sussex. There is also, of course, the Isle of Wight. Overall, its landmass spans across 19,096 km2 (7,373 sq mi).
It’s no real surprise, then, that there’s plenty of room for countless Afternoon Tea South East establishments. Many such venues lie in the popular towns of Guildford, Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Reading and Milton Keynes. This, however, is to name but a few. There are many more waiting to be discovered!
On your next trip, why not take in some fresh air along the idyllic North Downs? Alternatively, soak up some history aboard the famous HMS Victory. Whatever you do, be sure to stop for an Afternoon Tea in the South East. You won’t regret it!
I have made a new folder called “Regions” Copy. I’ll put South West, North East regions etc on one doc in here.
