Her journey began in her early twenties when she embarked on a career in the hospitality industry, traveling extensively to immerse herself in cultures far and wide. Having lived in Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East before settling in London, Elizabeta discovered and experienced a myriad of independent coffee shops during her travels. These experiences shaped her vision, as she meticulously observed and memorized the defining features of successful establishments to one day bring her dream to life.
