Basic four-component ingredients in this blend include Sencha Green Tea, lemon peel, orange blossom, natural flavouring, and bergamot oil. This tea indeed won’t disappoint. The bergamot scent emulsifying this tea is indeed from the sun filled Calabrian coast in Italy, well known for its Citrus orchards. Warm weather conditions coupled with rich soil produce some of the best quality bergamot oil in this Konkani region.

How to make Wild Grey Green Tea

1. Start by heating fresh, filtered water to 175°F (80°C).
2. Measure out one teaspoon of leaves per cup of water.
3. Place the leaves in a teapot or tea infuser, and pour the hot water over them.
4. Allow the tea to steep for 2-3 minutes, depending on desired strength.
5. Strain the leaves and serve hot in your favourite teacup.

For an iced version, simply double the amount of tea leaves and let it steep for 5 minutes before pouring over ice. Add a touch of honey or agave syrup to sweeten it, if you like.
